AN ARTISAN TEA EXPERIENCE:
Bringing Piper & Leaf Tea Bar to your event is more than just providing your guests with a delicious way to quench their thirst, it is bringing them a whole unique and new experience. A tea bar is much more than an alternative to an alcoholic bar, it is a ritzy unique touch to the day that cannot be replicated. Your guests will feel pampered and indulged, and you will be more than a host; you’ll be creating an environment where the magic of beautiful memories begins. Our tea bar services are the best choice for any wedding or special event!
Our home base is Huntsville, Alabama, but we will travel anywhere! We love traveling to the Nashville and Birmingham areas!
WHAT TO EXPECT:
When you sign up for a Artisan Tea Bar, the first step in preparing for your event will be your own personalized tea tasting with one of our highly trained Tea Sommeliers. At the tasting you will choose your favorite five blends, additional serving options, and tell us about your vision for the day and how we can help make it perfect by personalizing the look and feel of your Artisan Tea Bar. The bar is highly customizable and can fit in with any genre of décor from black tie to garden party.
Once you place the thirst of your guests in our hands, you never have to worry about it again! We will show up the day of the wedding with our highly professional team and take care of your guests from beginning to end. Get customized jars with your tea bar and each guest at the event will receive their very own jar to take home as a keepsake (plus unlimited refills throughout the night). This is a great way to bundle your wedding favor and your drink service into one!

Briar Patch Bash Package
The Briar Patch Bash Package comes with our completely customizable pallet wood bar and atmosphere to fulfill and enhance your overall vision of your event. This package includes the following:
- Five amazing teas of your choice
- Three hours of unlimited beverage service in Piper & Leaf plastic cups
- A team of professionals to deliver delicious hydration in a high-class manner to your dearest friends and relations
- Complimentary water service
- Options to customize by adding additional serving time, extra serving styles, personalized serving glassware, wedding favors, and more!
Briar Patch Bash Package starts at $550* base price plus $2 per guest
Estimate for 100 Guests: $750 total (average of $7.50 per guest)

Strawberry Shindig Package
The Strawberry Shindig Package adds an extra element of class to your event! This package includes everything listed in the Briar Patch Bash Package plus:
- A Piper & Leaf pint jar for every guest to keep! Even after the event is over, they can take their jar to any of our shops or markets for a discounted refill
- Options to customize by adding additional serving time, extra serving styles, personalized labels for the jars, reusable metal straws, and more!
Strawberry Shindig Package starts at $600* base price plus $5 per guest
Estimate for 100 Guests: $1,100 total (average of $11 per guest)

Front Porch Special Celebration Package
The Front Porch Special Celebration Package will create quite the splash at your bash! Your guests will be able to enjoy your five favorite teas in three fabulous serving styles. This package includes everything listed in the Strawberry Shindig Packages plus:
- A custom label on every pint jar! Your guests will remember your special day every time they bring their jar to one of our shops or markets for a refill
- Additional Serving Style of Hot Tea served in Piper & Leaf hot cups
- Additional Serving Style of Sparkling Tea in flutes
- Options to customize by adding additional serving time, reusable metal straws, loose leaf wedding favors, and more!
Front Porch Special Celebration Package starts at $900* base price plus $7 per guest
Estimate for 100 Guests: $1,600 total (average of $16 per guest)

Host Your Next Tea Party with Piper & Leaf
Gather your closest friends and family and come to one of our shops in Huntsville (or Madison). We can accommodate up to 20 guests, so it’s the perfect way to host your Bridal Tea, Baby Shower, or Birthday Bash! We will provide a pint jar, one refill, and table service for your guests at only $12 per person. We can also provide 2 pastries per guest (1 savory & 1 sweet, OR 1 savory & 2 macarons) for an additional $8 per person. Water service is included. You are welcome to bring additional food, if desired.
Your reserved space will be available for up to 2 hours. You are welcome to bring in table decor for setup 30 minutes before the event. The shop will not be closed during the event.

ORDER GALLONS FOR YOUR NEXT GATHERING
Just need a few gallons to share with your family and friends? Simply call the shop you’d like to pick up from and place your order. We ask for a 24 hour notice on orders of 3 gallons or more to give us time to prepare and chill them for you! All gallons are made to order with any of our available blends and sweetened to your preference. Each gallon costs $15 and comes in our signature glass jug that can be brought back to the shops for refills at only $12. Call one of our shops listed below to place your order today!
