Defective or Missing Item(s)

If there is an issue with a product in your order, an incorrect item, or a missing product, please contact us within 30 calendar days of receiving your order. Email details to We want to ensure complete satisfaction with our products and are happy to work with you to resolve any order issues!

Damaged or Broken Item(s)

For damaged packages and broken items, please contact us right away! We request that you report damaged item(s) to us within 48 hours of delivery. Please do not discard the damaged item(s) OR the packaging. Follow the directions outlined in our shipping policy so that we may file a damage claim with the carrier on your behalf.

Lost Packages

For missing packages, follow the directions outlined in our shipping policy so that we may begin a lost package investigation with the carrier on your behalf.


If you are dissatisfied with any item(s) in your order, then you have 30 calendar days to initiate a return from the date you received the order.

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept a return of opened teas. All returned items must be in their original packaging. Please note that shipping costs are nonrefundable.


Before shipping a return, send an email to to give us some important information:

  • List of item(s) you are returning
  • If you are returning an item you ordered, we will need your name and order number
  • If the item you are returning was a gift, please specify as such. Tell us your name and the name on the original order
  • Let us know if you are local (near Huntsville, AL) and would prefer to make an in-person return. You may be able to avoid shipping costs!


Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) for the value of the item(s) returned. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If a restocking fee* applies to your order, it will be deducted from the amount returned. You will receive the credit from your return within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Please note that any Piper Points earned from the returned products may be revoked from your points total when a refund is issued. Piper Points spent on a purchase are nonrefundable.

If you have specified in your email that the item you are returning was a gift, we will send you store credit for the amount of the refund instead of refunding the original payment.


*Please note that a 10% restocking fee may apply to returns of kits, gift sets, and gift-wrapped items.


We do not offer direct exchanges online. If you would like to exchange an unopened item, we suggest that you follow our return process and use your refund to place a new order. Please note that shipping costs are nonrefundable.

If you are local (near Huntsville, AL) and are hoping to exchange an unopened item, please contact us with details as we may be able to make an in-person exchange at our warehouse or one of our retail locations. You can email with your name, order number, and a list of items you are hoping to exchange.


You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non­refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping costs will be deducted from the value of the refund.
