In the store I was able to try a few specials and out of the line up, Sweet Dixie was my favorite. It surprised me because the smell had my thinking it wasn't for me, but the taste was smooth, refreshing, floral, and fruity! When I brewed my first cup at home the smell was interesting but that taste brought me back again!

Sweet Dixie is delicious. All the components make for such a unique blend that is great on it's own or sweetened with a little honey or simple syrup. I visit my friends in AL often. There's always a summer trip and always a stop to Piper and Leaf for some Sweet Dixie on the go and some to bring back home.

A Favorite

Sweet Dixie remains one of my favorite Piper&Leaf offerings. Its sweet mellow flavor is delicious hot or cold! I find it refreshing iced on hot summer days and relaxing in the cooler evenings. I only despair that it’s a seasonal tea.

Hello Suzy! Thanks for your question. We use lots of locally sourced fruits and herbs from farmers in the Alabama, Tennessee and Georgia area. Many use organic and natural methods to grow their crops, but aren’t big enough to afford the cost of maintaining the official ‘organic certification.’ All of the tea leaves themselves (Ceylon black tea, Sencha green tea, etc) come from organic farmers all over the word – wherever they grow best!
