A family favourite!

My husband is not very adventurous when it comes to tea, but when he tried velvet bliss he was hooked! He says it is in his top 5 favourite drinks now. I love the convenience of having the one pound bags at home so we can still enjoy it once it's gone for the season. I highly recommend getting a Piper press so you can keep a jar of this wonderful tea on hand! I just bought a second bag per my hubby's request to get us through until it is re-released next year, but I am sure we will run out before then!!!! Who can resist creamy chocolate-strawberry tea?!?

I tried this for the first time in February and fell in love with it. I purchased the tea bags at first but then ordered the loose leaf tea. Wish they had this year round. It’s delicious!

Hey Elaine! This is a tough question because both ways are absolutely divine! I would say that because this blend is most popular during the wintertime, most customers prefer it to be hot. However, for those that order it and keep their homes stocked year-round, it is just as delicious and refreshing iced down on a hot summer day. It is purely up to preference, and we suggest trying it both ways to see what makes you smile more! :)

How many calories and the caffeine amount?

Hi Mackensey! Great question. All of our blends have negligible calories (less than 5 grams) per serving. One serving is 8oz of brewed tea (about 1 teaspoon of loose). Any calories would come from sweetener or milk that you may add to the tea after brewing! As for caffeine, Velvet Bliss is extra caffeinated due to the black tea and cacao nibs. One serving would be equivalent to drinking a cup of coffee. I hope this helps!!
