1. Eligibility 

The Piper & Leaf Tea Co. Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and Washington, D.C. who have reached the age of majority in their state or district of residence at the time of entry. 

Employees, officers, directors, and independent contractors of Piper & Leaf Tea Co. (“Sponsor”), its affiliates and agencies involved in the Sweepstakes, and their immediate family members or household members are not eligible. 

The Sweepstakes is void internationally, in Puerto Rico, U.S. territories and possessions, and wherever prohibited or restricted by law. 

2. Sweepstakes Period 

The Sweepstakes begins Friday, August 28, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends Friday, September 4, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. ET (“Sweepstakes Period”). 

Sponsor’s designated clock is the official timekeeping device for digital entries. 

3. How to Enter 

There are two (2) methods of entry. Multiple entries are permitted, and each eligible entry has an equal chance of winning regardless of entry method. 

A. Social Media Entry: During the Sweepstakes Period, leave a comment as directed on the official Piper & Leaf Tea Co. Sweepstakes post on Facebook or Instagram. Each eligible comment constitutes one (1) entry. Multiple eligible comments and entries are permitted. 

The social-media account used to enter must remain active and accessible to Sponsor through the drawing and winner-notification process. 

B. Alternative Mail-In Entry (“AMOE”): Hand-print your full legal name, complete physical residential address (a P.O. Box alone is not sufficient), email address, phone number, and date of birth on a standard 3” × 5” card or piece of paper and mail it to:

Each eligible card constitutes one (1) entry, and multiple mail-in entries are permitted. Mail-in entries must be postmarked between August 28 and September 4, 2026, and received by Sponsor no later than September 10, 2026. 

No purchase, social-media sharing, friend-tagging, or purchase-related action is required to enter or win. Automated, bot-generated, fraudulent, manipulated, or otherwise abusive entries may be disqualified. 

Limit one (1) Grand Prize per person. 

4. Prizes 

Three (3) Grand Prizes will be awarded. 

Each winner will receive a one-year Piper & Leaf tea subscription consisting of twelve (12) monthly shipments of Piper & Leaf teabags plus an additional Sponsor-selected merchandise or product goody each month. 

Because the prizes will be fulfilled over twelve months, specific merchandise, products, availability, and retail prices may vary. The aggregate Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each Grand Prize will be at least $400 and will not exceed $450. The maximum aggregate ARV of all three Grand Prizes is $1,350. 

Sponsor may substitute a prize component with merchandise or products of comparable or greater value if reasonably necessary due to availability, pricing, supply, or fulfillment circumstances, provided the overall Grand Prize remains within the stated ARV range. 

Prizes are non-transferable, non-assignable, and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash. Shipping to an eligible U.S. address is included. Winners are responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes. 

5. Winner Selection & Notification 

On or about Friday, September 11, 2026, Sponsor will randomly select three (3) potential Grand Prize winners from all eligible social-media and mail-in entries combined. 

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. 

Potential winners will be contacted using the social-media account, email address, phone number, or other information associated with their entry. Potential winners may be required to verify their identity, age, residency, physical address, and other information reasonably necessary to establish eligibility and fulfill the prize. 

If a potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within five (5) days, declines the prize, is found ineligible, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, the prize may be forfeited and Sponsor may randomly select an alternate potential winner. 

6. General Conditions 

By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions concerning the administration and interpretation of the Sweepstakes. 

Sponsor may disqualify any entrant or entry involving fraud, automation, manipulation, tampering, interference with the entry process, violation of these Official Rules, or conduct that materially interferes with the fair operation of the Sweepstakes. 

If circumstances beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control—including fraud, unauthorized intervention, technical or platform failures, natural disasters, or other events—materially affect the security, fairness, integrity, or proper administration of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor may suspend, modify, terminate, or cancel the Sweepstakes. Where reasonably practicable, Sponsor may award the prizes through a random drawing from eligible, non-suspect entries received before the affected event. 

7. Limitation of Liability & Release 

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, by participating, entrants agree to release, indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Piper & Leaf Tea Co., its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, prize-fulfillment partners, and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, or injuries arising directly or indirectly from: 

Participation or attempted participation in the Sweepstakes; 

Acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of a prize; 

Lost, late, incomplete, inaccessible, corrupted, stolen, or misdirected entries or mail; 

Internet, network, server, computer, software, social-media platform, postal, or other technical failures; 

Unauthorized human intervention, fraud, or tampering affecting the Sweepstakes; or 

Any other matter arising from administration of the Sweepstakes, except for liability that cannot lawfully be waived. 

8. Privacy 

Information collected in connection with the Sweepstakes will be used for Sweepstakes administration, eligibility verification, winner notification, and prize fulfillment. 

Participation in the Sweepstakes does not constitute consent to receive marketing communications. Any marketing consent must be provided separately and affirmatively by the entrant. 

9. Governing Law, Disputes & Limitation of Remedies 

Except where prohibited by law, the Sweepstakes and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. 

Any dispute, claim, or cause of action arising from or relating to the Sweepstakes or any prize will be resolved individually and without resort to any class, consolidated, or representative action, in an appropriate state or federal court located in Madison County, Alabama. 

To the fullest extent permitted by law: 

Any recovery shall be limited to the entrant’s actual out-of-pocket costs, if any, directly associated with entering the Sweepstakes; 

Entrants waive any claim for attorneys’ fees or legal costs; and 

Entrants waive any right to recover indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any multiplied or increased damages. 

Nothing in these Official Rules limits any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be waived. 

10. Facebook, Instagram & Meta Disclaimer 

This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or Meta Platforms, Inc. 

By entering, participants completely release Facebook, Instagram, and Meta Platforms, Inc. from liability arising from or relating to this Sweepstakes. Entrants acknowledge that Sweepstakes information and entry content are being provided to Piper & Leaf Tea Co., not to Meta Platforms, Inc. 

11. Winners List 

To request the names of the confirmed winners, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope (“SASE”) to:
