3 Steeps FAQ

After I purchase my subscription, when can I expect my letter? 

Every Wednesday, our system compiles a list of new 3 Steeps subscribers from the previous week (Wednesday to Tuesday). Our team prints and hand assembles your letter on Wednesday, then ships it via Snail Mail on Thursday. Please note that Snail Mail may take a bit longer to reach your mailbox.

What if I cancel my subscription before the next billing cycle? 

If you cancel your subscription between billing cycles, you will still receive the remaining letters from your initial purchase. Refund requests for cancellations mid-cycle will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Once your letter is printed, it is nonrefundable.

Can I use multiple emails to subscribe? 

You can subscribe to our 3 Steeps subscription using multiple emails, but you will only receive three free letters per mailing address. 

We review our subscriber list daily and conduct a thorough check on Wednesdays before printing. If multiple emails are used for the same address within the first three weeks, those subscriptions will be canceled. 

After receiving your three free letters, you will be charged for each additional subscription. 

Can I choose to opt out of receiving specific tea blends? 

This tea subscription lets you explore new tea blends with weekly themes. While you might discover new favorites, some blends may not be to your taste. As part of the adventure, opting out of specific blends isn’t available.
