Tickets:

• Tickets may be redeemed for tea after the tour concludes.
• Adults receive a pint jar of standard iced tea, and kids get a 16oz cup. (Specialty drinks and upgrades not included.)

Piper & Leaf Tour Guidelines

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, please review the following guidelines before your visit!

Tickets & Admission

• Every guest age 3 and up must have a ticket to participate in the tour.

• Children under 15 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. No child may be left unattended.

Accessibility

• Our shop and tours are wheelchair- and stroller-accessible.

• Please note: We do not provide wheelchairs or strollers.

During the Tour

• Stay with your tour guide at all times.

• For your safety and to preserve the space, please do not touch anything unless instructed by your guide.

• No food or drinks (including gum or candy) may be brought in or consumed during the warehouse portion of the tour.

Animals

• Only ADA-recognized service animals are allowed inside the building.

• Pets are welcome on the front lawn and walking trails but may not enter any indoor spaces and must not be left unattended.

Photography

• Pictures are welcome! Snap away and tag us—we love seeing your tea adventures!

Prohibited Items & Behavior

• No alcohol, tobacco, vaping, or smoking is allowed anywhere on the grounds.

• Outside food and drinks are not permitted on the tour.
