Simply pour an essential bag of loose leaf into the base of the tea press, fill the press with hot water to the convenient fill line, and allow your tea to steep! I keep buying theses over and over. I give as gifts. I have one at home, one at the lake, one in my vacation bag and one at work. It’s just the easiest, non messy way for me to make tea. Sturdy so I’m not afraid I will break it. And it makes amazing tea. Sometimes I make it strong for the Piper jars in my frig. Sometimes I make it weaker snd drink right from the press all day.
