Springdrop Spritzer Chicken
Ingredients:
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 3 tsp Springdrop Spritzer loose leaf
- 4 chicken breasts
- Olive oil
- Optional: 1 lemon
Steps:
- Mix salt, garlic powder, and Springdrop Spritzer loose leaf in a small bowl. For best results, grind the loose leaf with a mortar and pestle before mixing!
- Coat the chicken breasts in a thin layer of olive oil. Sprinkle the tea & spice mixture onto the chicken and rub it into both sides until all the chicken breasts are evenly covered
- Pour a thin coating of olive oil into a pan and put it on the stove over medium heat. I recommend using a cast-iron skillet! Grill the chicken on both sides until it’s completely cooked through (165 degrees in the middle)
- Once it’s finished, plate and serve. Optionally, zest a lemon over the chicken breasts for a little citrus kick!
