(that we call Walling Mountain Farms) to discover, preserve, and educate the community on skills that are being slowly lost to time, preserving them for future generations. Walling Mtn. Coffee is the first endeavor from Walling Mountain Farms and is dedicated to keeping the traditional roasting methods alive for modern drinkers.

Tasting Notes: smokey molasses & dark chocolate | This is the daily drinker, smooth medium roast with a pleasing lingering finish that makes every morning great.
