Brew at 212 degrees for 2.5 minutes

I tried this tea several years ago when I bought at the farmers market in Birmingham. Have been buying from Piper & Leaf ever since. Very nice blend, the taste is balanced and doesn’t feel like one ingredient overpowers the rest. Perfect any time of the day.

I’m not a big (unsweetened) tea person. I tried this tea once I saw the yummy list of ingredients. I also work might shifts, so this is a great switch up from coffee. Such a delicious and healthy way to stay on your A-game! Smells amazing!
